  4. Hola people, this is another replacement patch for the Netscape
  5. beta series of splash screens. If you have already looked at my
  6. ‘Alien Netscape’ splash screen you will notice the quality in the 
  7. art has improved almost ridiculously. The reason for this is my new
  8. knowledge in the use of layers, not an update in creativity ;). I just 
  9. do this as a hobby... So if you like it... Mail me at norwood@lanl.gov.

  14. How to use -
  15.  
  16. Just open the ResEdit file and open the 'PICT' resource and copy
  17. id# 128 then paste it into 'Netscape 2.0b5' or what ever version 
  18. you have just as long as the picture dimensions are the same.

  20. This file is for monitors with thousands of colors or more... so
  21. if it looks like crap that’s probably a good reason why ;)

  25. I usually never write the little text blurb about what people
  26. should and should not do and all that crap that deals with
  27. programs and such. But after getting mail blaming me for
  28. crashing two hard-drives because of one of my marathon
  29. maps... I have to do this.
